I have finished my Master's degree in biotechnology at the University of Heidelberg, Germany. For my master thesis, I worked on a segmentation pipeline for neural reconstruction in Professor Denks lab at the MPI for Medical Research in Heidelberg.
I am now working on 3d reconstruction of neurons from electron microscopy data in Matthew Cook's group.
