I graduated from the Institut National des Sciences Appliquees de Lyon (INSA, Lyon) in 2012 with a "Diplome d'Ingenieur" in telecommunications. As an exchange student with the Nanyang Technological University in 2010/2011 (NTU, Singapore), I got first interested in image processing and computer vision and then obtained another Master by Research in Computer Vision and Graphics offered jointly by Ecole Normale Superieure (ENS), Ecole Centrale (ECL) and INSA in 2012. Finally, before starting my doctoral program I studied one more year in the Visual Computing program in Computer sciences at ETH-Zurich.
Since 2013 I am working as a Ph.D student in the Cortical Computation group led by Matthew Cook. I am interested in unconventional visual sensing and processing strategies. I design systems exploiting peculiar hardware processing architectures (such as having a small analog processor in each pixel) or sensing architecture (such as dynamic vision sensor pixels).
