Julien Martel and Yulia Sandamirskaya organised an IROS 2018 workshop “Unconventional sensing and processing for robotic visual perception”, held on October 5. 2018 in Madrid, Spain as part of the IEEE/RSJ International Conference on Intelligent Robots and Systems. The workshop featured 10 invited speakers and 8 contributed talks, all accompanied by live demonstrations of new sensing technology, algorithms, and applications.
