I am a digital integrated circuit designer whose curiosity got trapped into the realms of neuromorphic engineering. I am now working on aspects ranging from circuit design techniques (both digital and mixed-signal with emerging devices) to computer architecture, learning algorithms, and neuroscience. My research objectives are (i) to demonstrate a competitive advantage for neuromorphic designs compared to conventional neural network accelerators, and (ii) to uncover a framework toward on-chip neuromorphic intelligence for adaptive edge computing. To do so, I am investigating both the bottom-up and the top-down design approaches, as well as their synergies.
I received my M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees from UCLouvain, Belgium, and joined INI (NCS group) in February 2020.
