I studied Computer Science at ETH, however, after taking elective courses like "Introduction to Neuroinformatics" and "Computer simulations of sensory Systems" my curiosity was sparked in a different field. Naturally, I wanted to know more about the brain. I started to realise how little we actually know, and how much there still is to discover.
I was looking for a bachelor's project into that direction and was lucky that Wolfger von der Behrens and Newsha Ghasemi had some work for me.

After the thesis i started my masters degree here in Neural Systems and Computation.
