I did my Bachelors and Masters in Computational Science and Engineering (CSE) at the ETH in Zurich between 2006-2010.
I started my PhD in 2011 with the project title you can linked somewhere around this text.
My pass time hobbies include volleyball, floorball, singing, reading and occasional bouts or writing.
More interestingly, my scientific interests revolve around artificial intelligence and machine learning and understanding underlying computational primitives. It also so happens that nature has provided a few outstanding implementations of learning systems (in particular mammals) which are a great basis to study computational primitives in the real world... which leads to my research here.
