22nd International Workshop on Cellular Automata and Discrete Complex Systems (AUTOMATA 2016)

Organised by the Institute of Neuroinformatics, AUTOMATA 2016 will be hosted at the University of Zurich, June 15-17, 2016. The AUTOMATA conference series is concerned with research on all fundamental aspects of cellular automata and related discrete complex systems. The program for AUTOMATA 2016 is available here with four of the talks being given by invited speakers:

Nicolas Schabanel (Oritatami systems: a computational model for co-transcriptional RNA folding)

Guillaume Theyssier (Propagation, diffusion and randomization in cellular automata)

Tommaso Toffoli (What automata can provide a medium for life?)

Andrew Winslow (A Tour of DNA Tile Self-Assembly)

More information on AUTOMATA 2016 can be found here.
